Introducing LCDR Austin Willcox and LCDR Bradley Willcox,
who are currently active military and are taking care of the dental needs of our Troops.
Austin Willcox, DMD
Dr. Austin recived his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Oregon Health Sciences University in 1993. He has worked as a consultant/evaluator to various dental organizations and practices. He has also served as faclty to a dental school, published in state publications and called upon to speak at national organization meetings.
He enjoys Hiking, biking, camping, water sports, drama, community theatre and Boy Scouting. He has 6 children and 6 grandchildren.
Dr. Austin is also proudly serving as a Lieutenant Commander in the 4th Dental Battalion US Naval Reserves providing support to the US Marines.
Bradley J. Willcox, DMD, FAGD
Dr. Bradley J. Willcox received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Oregon Health Sciences University in 1987. Dr. Willcox then served for a year in the Public Health Service in Oklahoma before moving to Arizona in 1988 to begin practicing at AccuCare.
Dr. Willcox was awarded a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry ("FAGD") in 1990 for demonstrating excellence in continuing education.
Commander Willcox is also proudly serving as a Reserve Officer in the United States NAVY Dental Corps.
Dr. Willcox is from The Dalles, Oregon and is a big fan of his alma mater Oregon State University. He enjoys basketball, volleyball, skiing, movies, running with his dogs, and especially spending time with his wife of 34 years and their 4 children and 3 grandchildren.
Alexander Carroll, DDS, MBA, MHSM, FICD
Assistant Professor, Director of Clinical Faculty

Hobbies: Flying, boating and hiking in the mountains
Dr. Carroll completed a 2 year General Practice Residency in Germany after graduating from USC Dental School. He owned his private practice for over 21 years with emphasis on implantology, prosthodontics and laser assisted surgeries. Dr. Carroll is founder and 2 term past president of the German Academy of Laser Dentistry. After returning to the United States he served as Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California for 2 years before accepting his position at Midwestern University School of Dental Medicine. In the Dental Institute he is teaching dental students the Bicon Implant placement techniques. Dr. Carroll was inducted as a Fellow into the International College of Dentists and is also a Faculty Member in Omega Kappa Upsilon. His most recent published research is on the topic of Osseodensification in implant placement and he is currently one of the principal researchers in the multinational study on “Fixed Prosthesis on Short Implants”.
